Hana Yussuf, MD.
I am a graduate of Bukovinian state medical university in 2012 and since then I have been a researcher in Qur’an science and natural holistic medicine that considers the person as a whole (body, mind, soul, and spirit). My mission is to increase public awareness of the actual causes of unexplained symptoms and chronic conditions, teaching people how to take control of their health and how to eliminate disease-causing factors and replace them with natural, safer alternatives. I have always known that health has a more significant meaning than taking a pill to mask a symptom.
It all started with this sentence: “All the sciences which are discovered and approved scientifically in the present time are mentioned in the Holy Qur’an 1400 years ago.” I used to hear that sentence from many Muslim scientists, but I was doubtful because I thought that reading The Qur’an was just a way to praise and worship Almighty Allah (as the majority of Muslims believe). I decided to put it to the test and to see what the Qur’an says about health.
After a few years of reading and research, I was amazed by the amount of health information and tips I found in the Qur’an. Some had been discovered, and some had not. The Qur’an gives us a set of general rules in preventive medicine and the solutions for our physical, mental, psychological, and spiritual health issues. If you want to learn the secrets for optimum health and to stay healthy; Qur’an and Health E-books Series is all you need.
